MTN screws up *again*

I don't trust MTN as far as I can throw them these days. So I phone to get the Rand value on my contract and am told my balance as of 6 February is nothing.

It's the 1st of March for crying out loud! How am I supposed to know what is going on if you're double billing me and I can't access my SMS bundle and Rand value of my contract?
 
Move to TopUp.

Seems to have solved my billing queries, and at least there is no double billing! I can check my bundle changes the minute I end the call. It's amazing.
After the second month my Anytime 500 bill was wrong, I forced them to move me to Anytime 500 TopUp (which anyone can do at anytime). From the next bill cycle, it was perfect!
