MTN selective with over billing reversals.

Why has some people received refunds of the over billing from the April fiasco and some get Final Notices.
I think I got a Final Notice because I reversed my over billing myself. The guys that paid, received a refund.

I think it's MTN's policy that before they hear of any billing discrepancies, the bill run must be complete, and you must settle your account.

Stupid, I know.

I have about R50 of calls that are being charged for when I am very much still in bundle with my Anytime 500
