Hi Folks,
MTN services (voice & data) are well and truly awful. If I'm not having to walk around the house to make a phone call, then I'm getting slower than dial-up speeds on my 3G/HSDPA card - truly horrendous. Complaining doesn't help - 1555 hasn't a clue - nor does the data helpdesk.
Is anyone else experiencing the same shoddy service, and has anyone had success in improving their user experience?
