MTN Service Provider Sales Call

Got a call from MTN service provider this morning, decided not to quit the call, but play a game. First I let them rattle on about how they are going to save me money. at the moment they tell me that the call is being recorded. I ask them do they have a 99ct per minute per second billing package. The consultant assured me. Yes we do sir. Then I ask do they have a 99ct per minute package which you can call many countries in the world. No sir it is only for in the country. Then I said well with Cell C I can call Holland for 99Ct a minute. She then put the call down. How rude of MTN

-why would you want to put yourself through that trauma.....the less I have to do with support staff, the better.... and yep, that is rude...-but I will have to listen to the call, - if you were doing a "Mr Know It All" routine, I would have done similar...

Nope...but having spend some of my early life in a call centre, I can relate...

I think it rude to try an get a sale from someone who didnt give permission to be called. Hence I just drop the call and switch my phone off for a couple minutes in case they try to call back.
