I just upgraded my contract with MTN, i've been with them for 20 years now, received the brand new Huawei Y7, the worst phone ever, slow and freezed up on me since day 1, they could not provide a proper cover or screen protector and on returning the phone within my seven day grace period, they refused to swop it without their technical team look at the phone first, really, what happened to customer service
