MTN sim RICA'd under a different name.

A month ago I bought an MTN sim(still sealed) from an MTN agent that sells them at malls/shopping centres. I gave her the necessary info for the RICA process but today I found out the sim card is RICA'd under a different person, which leads me to believe the sim had already been RICA'd when I bought it. What are the steps of getting it RICA'd in my name?
