I tried to do a MTN Sim swap my self with the steps provided on the MTN website. I still have the old Sim but would like to switch over to the brand new Sim I have bought. (new size)
What happened is that on the old Sim when doing the process the OTP expires all the time. Which means some how from the new Sim the commands is not received by MTN.
I then loaded a small amount of airtime on the new Sim but I believe that I should not have done...
Any ideas?
