Has anyone experienced such a thing, my MTN prepaid sim has stopped being able to make or receive calls from
Last Tuesday, repeated calls to MTN call Centre, MTN stores, MTN social media and they are not able to sort it out, the sim is able to access data and send and receive SMS.
On the advice of the MTN call Centre and the Store I did a sim swap in the MTN store but still the same problem, changed the sim into a different phone same issue.
All calls placed are met with a call failed message, all incoming calls are met with user busy tone.
MTN don’t seem to be able to figure out what is the issue or just don’t seem willing to help.
All other functions on sim and phone work perfectly fine.
