MTN - SMS Roaming Countries

Last year when I travelled to Nepal the SMS Roaming on my MTN phone didn't work (have used it successfully in Spain and Thailand in the past).
I have searched the MTN website to find out if the SMS roaming will work in Vietnam and Hong Kong but cannot find a list of countries. I have also tried repeatedly to ask via Twitter and the only response I get is the same link to their Roaming page which has no information.
Any help from MTN here?

I have used SMS Roaming successfully in both Singapore and Malaysia, I just assumed it worked in most major countries where they get tourists often.

But after looking it up, you can find the sms rates here:
https://www.mtn.co.za/everyday_services/RoamingInternational/Pages/UsingPhonesAbroad.aspx
and then go to Roaming Rates, and select country and category (sms)

Both Hong Kong and Vietnam are in the country list - so SMS Roaming should be supported
However, Nepal was not in the list, so I guess it really isn't supported in that area.
