Firstly, to MTN083, thanx a lot. I can finally access callquest.

And with it, incidentally I would imagine, came a whole new site! I really like it. It was long due for an overhaul and I felt the new look deserved some recognition.

The site may be new but the old one at least gave relatively updated information. The new site is still showing data that is now almost a week old.

I’ll rather take something that is old and not as good looking as the new one but worked at least better than the new shiny one.

The URL for the site is : http://www.mtnsp.co.za or http://www.mtel.co.za.

Unfortunately it is not Firefox compatible. The drop-down menus are misaligned.

I think MTN must test their websites with Firefox as well.

:(

Unfortunately this applies to an enormous number of websites - must be all those M$ programmers who only know ActiveX :)

Regardless, my opinion is restricted to the visual layout and not the quality of it's build. I still think it is better-looking. And to be honest the previous site also had problems with firefox. The dropdown menu was misaligned with the menu tab.

Or at least, this happened to me.

The issue about the info being a bit old... A week is not that much. What info you talking about?

The old Callquest was updated within a few hours with my latest billing info. On the new site it was last updated with new info last week sometime.

I have asked MTN Service Provider to respond directly. If they do not reply by tomorrow I will follow up again.

Hi Guys
WRT the new call quest : whats happened to the ability to group calls by personal and business from your address book? (address book type) It seems to have vanished, and now I have to manually seperate my bleedin private calls from business calls for VAT purposes! And considering my bill is way over a grand a month, you can imagine the amount of line items I have to go through and the admin it has caused me! Please please please bring it back!
Cheers -
