And again i am complaining. Used a 130 mb of a 1 gb bundle bought. 20 minutes later and i am getting RAN OUT OF FUNDS ?????

mtn is dumb

that happened.... to... me last time i only used, 30mb... and when i called the customer care.. the consulted was so dumb.......she didn't knw what to do... she decided to send me settings when i tell her about.. out of data issue......
mtn is just trouble..


there is other issue of return status error
 
Get a banner it's the only thing that seems to get the required attention.
 
Happened to me a few times. I don't know if their system is broken or they're doing it deliberately. I don't even bother with customer care.
 
The wife seems to use money instead of data. Going to the dogs this Fsuckn operator.
 
Happened a few times to the MRs...
Apparently the only ones who can help is the Customer Service Centres - our nearest on is 30+ kms away
