Out of the blue I am subscribed to paid services I never even knew existed. And I 1000% did not subscribe by accident or out of ignorance etc. Their response? Oh you can unsubscribe anytime you want. No comment about how such unauthorized subscriptions are done. Imagine if they steal R3 for only a single day from their subscribers due to such unauthorized subscriptions before the subscribers cancel! How unethical can a company be?

best thing I ever did was cancel my empty N contract for good - bunch of money thieving runts!!

I'm not a heavy phone user - in fact I loathe phones. mine is used for Whatsapp & FB but mainly for music video's

so imagine my surprise when I broke up with a girlfriend and 3 months after - they were STILL billing me for phone calls to her number! WTF!! and I first had to prove to them I did not make ANY calls that month before they would investigate!!
