Yesterday afternoon both me and my daughter's services were terminated at the same time due to alleged non-payment.
Call to their Accounts Dept confirmed my account is up to date, next payment only due 2 June 2020.
Here is the whopper: My daughter only received her package 4 days ago!!! (Therefore no skipped payments possible).
We spent together more than R200 in airtime to them, only to be cut of by their Technical "Superstars".
This morning, their Service Bot on Whatsapp is not even responding.
We both rely on this service as we are both working from home during the lock down period.
Their service is pathetic and the logic of their Technical Support is only surpassed by Dlamini Zuma's decisions during this lock down.
We are at the end of our wits!
 
It says on there app that I'm 60days overdue with a payment. I'm definitely not, emailed them last week and still no reply.
