MTN Support?

Sharp fede, Unfortunately you are out of luck, No rep on here. Keep harassing MTN with phonecalls.

I hope this contract wasn’t done through the MTN Callcentre because if so it’s probably going to be an epic battle.
 
How did they make contact with you ? As I am in a ping pong match with MTN, their outsourced sales team ...I never realized that MTN customer support has become so bad.
mine was samsung ,you have to access the samsung members login .click on promo banner ,send details and proof of purchase ,and samsung does the rest ,should be the same for other brands maybe as well ,lg also was the same
 
Update...., besides still trying to get assistance with the above... sim has still not been Rica'ed - after several calls to their Rica HelpDesk...
So sim is eventually active....after three calls and refusing to accept the standard company procedure crap...(failure of their courier to process Rica documents in a timely manner....72 Hours + delay....apparently, a common issue) - now to the main fun, to redeem my contract additional products.

Have you tried contacting the call centre company directly?
I can’t remember what they are called but I posted their name and website in the Mtn BF thread.

Edit. They are called the ignitiongroup, google them and then phone their number and ask to be put through to their Mtn mobile division and explain the issue, that’s how I got some way forward with my Mtn upgrade hell that was cocked up by the retentions dept.

Been down that Rewardsco road already, no joy .... all contract extras gets filled by the manufacture, - is their line... called the number they provided, -Manufacture : Nope, that is news to us! Next stop will be to bombard MTN's Corporate guys on linkedin... -I am still amazed at the crap that MTN call's service!

Its criminally bad, once they fk up your upgrade they aren’t interested whatsoever, job done cheers not my problem.
It’s bizarre.
 
Update, -- Still no joy from MTN or Rewardsco ... next stop ICASA -the worst customer service I ever received was from Telkom in 2015 ... MTN has taken it to a new low.
 
Update :- After logging complaint with ICASA last Monday... this morning, courier delivers 1/2 of the bundle goodies....still awaiting my bluetooth earbuds...
Whaaat a bunch of crooks, they know you are right but they won't do anything until the threats get real.
