Maybe someone here can help me.

I phoned MTN support and ask them i just want the model numbers of the 3G/HSDPA cards that they use on the networks..... BUT nooooooooooo "Eish, i will transfer you to somebody that knows" and then they disconnect me..... Happened 4 times. :mad::mad:

So i know what cards Vodacom uses I just need a specific model nr on the data card that MTN use.... Please.....

what do you mean by model number, do you perhaps mean what kind of card?

This is disgusting. MTN records all calls on customer lines. I suggest you raise it with someone senior , quoting time and date. They can then listen to the calls and see who was putting the phone down. The sooner they root out these misfits, the better.:mad:

agreed, provide me with what number you called from, those agents need training.
