MTN to VC best move.

After MTN stole thousands of rands from me, I went over to Vodacom.
Best move ever.
MTN NEVER replied to ANY queries. Vodacom replied personally to my problem. No robo voice or email. I was taken aback at the quick and friendly response. They actually phoned me 3 times to get my prob sorted.
I now advise anyone to diss MTN.

Everyone has a different experience with the mobile operators and there are plenty of good and bad reviews for all. I will NEVER go back to Vodacom, their customer service was terrible and they messed me around for months.

Yeah, I know people that have had horror service from MTN and I know people that have had the same from VC. At the end of the day they all suck and they all ripp us off.... just my 2c

So true, you just need to find one that causes fewer issues for you and hope to hell that you never need to contact them for support.
