I made an application at an MTN SP for an SE P1i on the first week of October when MTNAnytime was introduced after a week I went to check of the outcome coz they were silent and they told me that they don't have in stock in the country. I then decided to take the SE C702 and they can't get either and I called and asked them to get me the SE C902 and it's been two weeks now and I have decided to get the HTC S710 Vox and if I don't get anything by the end of the week...I am giving up on getting a contract and I will stay prepaid then.

dont worry, apart from my 3.5 weeks iTalk wait, I'm struggling to get any response from MTNSP now aswell, been going a week or two with them to, seems they hopelessly under staffed is my guess.

Well I must really have just got lucky, or is it good karma, as this was my post in the "MTN best" thread by RPM :

Good to see MTN tops... I've just made the move from Vodacom and to tell you the truth the service I got when signing up would have made me put them tops. The consultant mentioned he was in training the one day so I sent an email to him requesting some information, I got a call at 7:30pm that night from him to give me feedback!

If anyone from MTN reads this he went by the name of Ebby and was at the Pavilion branch. Promote the man, he is good!

The order was placed for my N82 late on the Monday, by the Thursday morning I went in to pick up my phone... with the consultant going more than the extra mile!
