Hi All,
My family is complaining that their internet access on their MTN Top-up contracts is not working. Spoke to Autopage and they say it is a problem at MTN, limited to the Top-up contracts, and they have been given no indication of what, where, when or how it will be resolved. It has been nine days now, which I find totally ridiculous. Can anyone confirm the problem? If it is an MTN issue I hope they are going to come forward with some form of compensation once it is fixed.
