MTN Torch: use it as data modem

Can someone please post a step by step guide for Windows 7. I realize it won't use the BIS but I need to use it as a modem please help.

Install Destom manager
*connect phone
launch destop manager
*or connect now
click mobile internet bottom left corner

Ok. You need to create a profile first. I created a blank one called MTN and used the word "internet" as the acces point. Voila. Connected. But just to be clear, it bypasses the BIS apn and you can see on the phone that for example "EDGE" is now "edge". But hey it works. I used Desktop software version 6 by the way.

You should be able to create it via the network/bluetooth settings of your notebook/pc.

This will not be on Bis at all.
For that you will need the Tether app that is available for about $40.
