Good morning everyone,
Been over to my mom's for easter weekend and over the weekend noticed issues with MTN which she also uses.
There is no 4G anymore and there always was in town. Palmiet was 3G only though. So much for 97% 4G coverage.
The signal drops away completely every now and then and you can't make or receive any calls.
With loadshedding starting yesterday again I was unable to check for more than 2 hours if she was safe. No Whatsapp message going through even.
Now I know that MTN is a great network and all but this is dismal, especially when she told me it has been like this for months already. It's unsafe and wish she was on contract with someone else at this stage as I recommended MTN.
How can I report this tower / issues to someone that will actually get something done? Does anyone know please?
