MTN - Transfer from TopUp contract to PAYG question

Hi,

I have a few contracts coming to an end soon, does anyone know whats required from me to change them all to PAYG?

I'm out the country at the moment for a few more months and hoping I can do it via email or something?

Any advice would help.

Hi Cicero

I did this last week. I had sent my 30 days notice by email, but got no response. I went into the store to do it, but the guy didn't even process the request (I found this out afterwards). I eventually called the 808 customer service number, and the lady did it for me immediately. It was changed to prepaid within the hour.

I therefore suggest calling them if you can do that from where you are.
