I had some truble with a data bundle in Uganda.

Sending mails to the MTN Uganda customer service department is no good ..... no response.

Does someone have a better contact, maybe MTN Africa, that I could send my complaint to?

Problem solved. Got hold of MTN Uganda CEO via Google and LinkedIn. Data bundle reloaded and sorted.
