MTN Uncapped Lite not working 2 days and counting

Hi There,

I purchased a contract for MTN Uncapped Lite however its been 2 days now and the thing is not working, MTN says that there is a network error and the engineers are working on it, i mean come on thats not my problem, because i am paying for a service which i am not receiving, can i return this and get the contract cancelled?

It is virtually not a good idea to cancel contracts. - The cancellation is WAY to high (even higher than what you pay per month) for the uncapped lite plan you purchased.

You can cancel the contract but im sure there is a cancellation fee which is very high.

Try and go to the MTN store directly if no response from MTN is received.
 
if you where on capped im sure it would have been sorted out sooner!

hope that this will not be a recurrence for you.
