What would be the benefit of getting the MTN Uncapped lite deal through a re-seller such as @lantic.

This is the enquiry I sent off to them
I am interested in the MTN Uncapped Lite data offer. I would like to know a few things first.
1. What is the benefit of signing the deal with @lantic other with MTN directly.
2. Is there a 10 day cooling off period ont his contract, so if I am not satisfied I can return and cancel the contract within such a time?
3. Why the R175 sim and connection fee? I dont see such a fee on the MTN website if done directly through them.
