MTN -upgrade mess up

Hi All,

Need some advice, Up front I messed up.

I upgraded my contract last week and got the S3 without checking when the S4 was being launched.

Now my question is:
Is it possible return the phone evan though I've already used it for 6 days and get the S4 instead?

I doubt it. Best is to try and sell the S3 and buy a S4. It's going to be an expensive exercise. Having said that, ask the guys at EmptyN if they will consider a swop.

check the terms and conditions: most cell phone packages can be cancelled without 7 days. you might loose you number, have to reapply for a contract again to get it, but legally you should be able to get out of a contract like this.
