I have been a VC user my whole life and got this contract in a rash moment.. I have regretted it ever since.
I can NEVER make a call the first time I try. It always gives me a network busy or call cannot be established or something. Its really frustrating! I sometimes have to try 3 or 4 times to make a call. Or I end up using my VC phone (VC free minutes? FINISHED). Whats the point of having bundled minuets if I can never use them?
I tried to register with the MyMTN site to get the extra services and see the contract renewal date, its soon I think. Never recieved the pin. Annoying. Now instead of them just sending me the pin again I have to PAY almost 2 bucks by calling some number..
I was going to convert this to a prepaid, but its really not worth the hassle.
