I recently changed from post paid contract to prepaid.
In the process MTN changed my voice mail to MTN Lite. They send me an sms notifying me that someone tried to contact me.
I want to change back to "normal" voice mail, whereby the person trying to contact me can leave a message.
If I call 555 and select option 9, I am informed that I am on MTN's voice mail service.
But if I call 100, I am informed that I am on MTN's lite mail service.
How do I get back to MTN's voice mail service?
