I upgraded my data contract on Friday the 7th of March. I had a MyChoice75 which I used with my Data Card. I upgraded to get a new phone for my wife and had to change my package to a MyCall100 to get a decent phone for her to use. Now they put Itemised billing on my Data account. Why????

I had the same problem 2 years ago when I took out the contract in the first place. Now they do it again.

Worst of all. I had a 500MB data bundle loaded onto my account. Last night I deactivated it because I dont want to pay that R189 per month anymore. This morning I dialled 16202 to listen to my data bundles and I have nothing left. I had more than 500MB left on the account. It's all gone. And I paid for it in advance.

Check the fine print, some specials have mandatory itemized billing and caller line identification.
