Today in the afternoon I received an sms welcoming me to MTN Muziq yet I didn't migrate there. When I check my balance I'm told surely told I'm on MTN Muziq. When I tried dialing *141*4*2# to migrate back to MTN Zone I get the pop up message saying I'm already on MTN Zone, when I called customer I ended up hanging up after being on hold for what seemed like forever. Seriously MTN?
