I am still waiting for mtn call centre to answer. been 37 minuntes now. i am on the my choice top up 75. I get R75 airtime a month. 500 sms a month and 10 mb data bundle a month. I received the R75 and the 10 MB data budle but not the 500 sms bundle. its chewing into my airtime and I am not very impressed. the lady at the call centre assured me I would get the sms last night at the very very latest but nope still waiting. :mad:
 
Ja, I had no internet for a period of time today. Something isn't right somewhere. Hope you get it all sorted out
 
I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours. I prob wont get the full 500 sms, i might not even get my sms bundle either they cant promise anything and in order to get the money given back to me, I have to wait till the 14th Jan 2010 :cross:
 
thaanks. Decided if this does not get resolved in the next 3 to 4 days then going over to vodacom and terminating my contract

this is where the MTN thieves are at its best. Its not as easy as u think getting out that contract!!! Damn $#$%#%ers
 
Its coming to an end 28 feb so its cool. i will see. I would like to keep my number but we will see how they get my problem sorted...
 
Phone again explain the problem and ask for the supervisor straight away. Only he/she can recaculate the airtime and sms's to fix it.
 
I spoke to a supervisor last night after waiting for 45 min lol. I have to wait 24 to 48 hours.... then the airtime that was used for the sms I have sent well another story. i have to wait till 14 january to call. After then will the money be taken off my account....
 
AH ok, guess you're in the queue then ;p remind them again on the 14th.
 
I dont see why I should wait that long. They should refund the airtime to me and not take it off my bill. I am so entitled to that money now. Not my fault for them making stupid mistakes
