Hi There

I need some advice please.

Since November 2009 I am receiving incorrect invoices and the accompaning incorrect higher debit from my account. I have paid several "friendly" visits to MTN in Century City, and it just do not get better, despite the staff's assurance that it will be rectified and off course be "credited". These visits are very time consuming.

Now my question who in MTN can I approach to rectify the mess growing in magnitude every month?.

The only recourse I have against this abuse is to recall the debit order - and at this stage I do not care what they will do. Will that get them to pay attention and get it right?

How long must this go on? What else must I do? So if some one has some advice please let me know. Is there a ombudsman for "Telecoms" ?

I have done verything right, got the reference numbers but the problem does not get solved.

Thanks jd.vdm

This is actually hard to believe.... There must be some one in MTN that can solve this sort of problems.

Faults happen and the way to fix them is 1 fault at a time and do it right the 1st time.........

If you do not have the competancy to do it, get it, its not like there is a shortage of money.

I can not believe this. Is ICASA really a option?

Go to the small claims court (max R7000).

Sue the Financial Director of MTN by name, so that he has to go and sit in some dingy room at night to hear the case out. If you are lucky, his BMW standing out in the street will get redistributed to the poor and needy.

If enough people do this it will have an impact.

The legal fees involved with this procedure are minimal.
