Having had (and still having) a problem accessing your new MTN ACTIVE on-line site, I called your help desk who insisted that I provide them with my PIN.
This I won't provide as I do use it elsewhere and in any case I cannot understand why it could not be set to a mutually agreed alternative.
Resetting a users PIN/password to a temporary value is certainly the method used by most security conscious organisations and I am at a loss to understand why MTN does not adopt this approach. Of course the user is prompted to change their password/PIN when they next access the system.
It really is not a good idea to have your heldesk demand a client's PIN under any circumstances it really looks most unprofessional.
