MtnChoice sim only data rollover?

Anyone on the MtnChoice data only sim contracts, does the anytime data reset monthly? I'm on the 70day70night and noticed that the night express data is carried over but the anytime is not.
 
Anytime promotional data doesn't roll over. They rollover the promotional night data
