Mtnloaded-how do I cancel sms being delivered

Hi

My wife recently received a new phone, and while playing with the menus, it appears she subscribed to mtnloaded news updates. She now receives SMS news updates, at some very annoying times.

Does anyone know how to cancel these messages?

There is no unsubscribe information in the sms's.

Have you tried the MTNloaded website? there should be an option there.

I think there was an article about this recently. Just reply and sms STOP to the number on that sms

I did it a while ago with Nedbank and it seems it worked

perhaps go to the mtn website - log in and try and unsubscribe from there.

Thanx all for suggestions. I did not know mtn site was called mtnloaded. I am a vodacom user.

I registered on mtnloaded. It did not pick up the subscriptions immediately, but later listed the subscription, from where I managed to unsubscribe.

That will save R20 per month.
