I have dealt with them on 2 occasions, first for connectivity to my private datacentre project and secondly to get linked up onto their fiber ring that they recently deployed in the greater sandton area. their cable runs right in front of my house actually 
But prepare to spend big money. to get connected to the ring they charge R1000 per meter to install. (In my case it was R157 000, once off) and a fair monthly fee depending on the connection speed.
Just call them, they people are quite clued up there.

Would not praise MTNNS too much - actually not at all. Our company is hosting @ them and they are incompetent:
- Power failures - They have no idea howto maintain a generator.
- Air conditioners failing and being shutdown - There air vents blow into a basement with no circulation. Duh ! The first time they contacted us before powering our rack down, after that they will just kill your rack without telling.
- Leased line issues - they shared our "exclusive" line other clients and gave us only half the bandwidth that the line was capable of.
- No security. They have allowed our staff in to the facility without authorization or checking identity.
- Incompetence in general.
Our servers cannot be off for even 1s as we process incoming data 24hrs a day. They have cost a small fortune in lost revenue.
We are moving to other hosting facilities in the near future.
