Okay, so I've been an MTN customer since 2001. I'm receiving terrible reception in my house, to the point I have to stand in the street to make phones calls. I've pleaded, phoned, tweeted, completed forms to no avail. Effectively MTN appears to not give a damn about their customers, or customer retention.
My contract expired a week ago - it appears I'm forced to move to the big red as a result of sheer incompetence.
What would you do?
