Well, id put this out there to voice my opinion, but right now im very disappointed in them, i have signed up for a galaxy tab 10inch with a 2GB sim every month, firstly the special ends soon and secondly how do you promote something when 99% of your stores do not even have the galaxy tab in stock ???

I find it ridiculous that no one has stock and is really really bad service delivery on your contracts!

If you have signed a contract they have to provide the device and the data at the contract rates. It doesn't matter if the special ends soon.

If you did not allow you to sign a contract because they don't have stock, then they did the best they could under the circumstances.

IF the special is on MTN Direct u can also just call them takes about 10 minutes to complete and about a day or 2 for delivery.

MTN BAD DATA SERVICE

I am very disappointed with my Uncapped Lite 3G 24mth contract from MTN . Between +- 16:00 to +- 00:00 my internet service/speed is almost non existing and this is particularly the time frame in which I need to use it most. I feel that the product that was sold to me does not meet my needs at all and therefor I feel it is my right as a consumer to not be bound to a 24mth contract for a product or service that I cannot use in the time I need it most. I have read previous comments from MTN stating they cannot guarantee the same speed all the time due to high consumption and that there technical teams are working on it. For the moment though they are not sorting out the problem and I basically have no speed at all during above mentioned times thus paying for a service that I do not have. So why should I be paying for the next 24mths for something that does not deliver???? I was sold a 24/7 internet service from MTN which I am not getting...Thus the contract is misleading. Dear MTN my question to you: What would you do if you were in my shoes? I need a solution not just an apology.

I would try to: 1) Log fault with MTN and get a ref number. If no resolution 2) Log to ICASA and see what they say.

To this day the Cellular providers don't comply with the new CPA - why?... well as Government for not enforcing it on them!
