MTNSP customer service working hours???

Last night at about 11:30pm I blocked my sim(by mistake ofcourse). I tried calling MTNSP only to find out that their NEW working hours were from 6:00am - 11:00pm. So I couldn't use my phone throughout the night.

I might sound a bit naggy... but my phone is most usefull to me during the hours that mtnsp customer service is closed, i just can't afford to have it offline. I know that losing my puk number and all those funny papers was irresponsible, but thats why customer service exists...

I really think that MTNSP Customer service should work out new working hours for the sake of its customers.

Blocking a SIM is frighteningly easy to do.

I tried to have one unblocked last year. Let's just say I'm still waiting.
