MTNSP seems to be down

both my contracts with mtnsp are telling me "your service has been suspended, please contact your service provider" when i try to make a call, but incoming calls and sms's are coming through. also, dialing 808 tells me network busy. dialing 0831808 from another phone gives an engaged tone, and mtn store at crescent mall told me their systems and phone line is down as well.
this started last night, im rather ticked off.
