MTNSP service please

The short version: I've been trying now for around two months to get an ad hoc itemised billing report out of MTNSP. I cannot deal with the call centre operators any more and emails always comes back complaining about an unattended mailbox, suggesting a new address which also just bounces.

So, I need contact details of someone who can help me out, please.
 
I had the same cwap with their service. I finally lost it, swore at the useless agents, drove to MTNSP HO in morningside gave the manager a piece of my mind. I finally refused to leave until my problem was resolved....Their service is so atrocious, I have no idea how they landed top spot:confused:
