still don't see the connection between an ape and racism. It would be racist someone said that in general terms blacks are like that..sub human. But here it is applied to an individual. Not a race group.

The title of the article mentions it as racist, also it was apparently part of the complaint. The ASA ruling (whats listed in the article) makes no reference to it tho.
