Mugabe expected at Fort Hare centenary

So when did you decide to stop occupying the Union Buildings?

This is the same old same old. No new arguments. Nothing. Blame everything on the whites, white media.
You need new material man!

You clearly need a crash course on Zimbabwe because you rely on white media that is evidently biased.;) (As seen here http://dailysignal.com/authors/ )

The above is very true though the sanctions are very broad. What do you have to say to below

Critics of the land reforms have contended that they have had a serious detrimental effect on the Zimbabwean economy.

The rebound in Zimbabwean GDP following dollarization is attributable to loans and foreign aid obtained by pledging the country's vast natural resources -- including diamonds, gold, and platinum -- to foreign powers.[45]

In response to what was described as the "fast-track land reform" in Zimbabwe, the United States government put the Zimbabwean government on a credit freeze in 2001 through the Zimbabwe Democracy and Economic Recovery Act of 2001 (specifically Section 4C titled Multilateral Financing Restriction),[46] which collapsed the trade surplus in 2002. Where there was a trade surplus of $322 million in 2001, in 2002 the credit freeze led to a trade deficit of $18 million, to grow rapidly in subsequent years.[47]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Land_reform_in_Zimbabwe#Economic_consequences

The Zimbabwe Democracy and Economy Recovery Act (ZDERA) restricts the United States to vote in support of new assistance to Zimbabwe from international financial institutions (IFI’s), except for programs that meet basic human needs or promote democracy. It is important to understand, however, that Zimbabwe became ineligible for multilateral loans in 1999, well before ZDERA because it stopped repaying loans already owed to the IFIs.

Using your own quote...

What is your definition of 'broad' when it was aimed at the previously mentioned "dictator and co and their businesses, them well connected corrupt parasites"

@skyhawk
let me ask you this - your great black african leader is well known for spewing hatred.
one of his more memorable quotes was his hate for homos, stating they are "worse than pigs and dogs".

what do you have to say on that ?

Gays are cool and Bob was wrong to equate them to animals. The man is wrong on many things but the land seizures compensate for his shortcomings.

how in gods name do the land seizures compensate his litany of shortcomings ?
the land seizures was the biggest of all - he took away productive farms from white farmers to give to his cronies who knew nothing (and probably had no interest in farming besides the status) of farming.
this benefitted nobody, reducing the country from one of africa's largest exporters of agricultural products, to one that now relies on food aid.
some black farmers who are genuinely interested in farming have acknowledged they lack the skills and experience to run productive farm have been seeking help from the ex-owners of the farms and looking to form partnerships with them in order to improve productivity - mugabe disapproves of that too, effectively meaning he would rather see the land remain fallow with black people occupying it, than the farms being productive if white farmers are involved.

the man is deranged.

I don't think very many are there cos they 'love' him... they are there for whatever handouts are coming, probably praying for a meal or two, the rest will be there cos they've been threatened with death if they don't go.

Hitler was 'loved' too

of the 3 links you provided:
one is a zanupf pic - looking closer at the pic, it seems to depict a group of people forcefully bussed in and all told to sit on the ground obediently and wait for dear leader to speak

another is from the herald - mugabe's official propaganda outlet - not even going to bother to read it

the other does not work

Zimbabwe's 'million-man march' for Mugabe fizzles

Tens of thousands of Zimbabweans have marched through the capital Harare in support of veteran President Robert Mugabe, but their number fell short of the ruling party's goal of attracting a million people.

Demonstrators were shipped in from all over Zimbabwe for Wednesday's march, organised by the Zanu-PF's youth wing.

They sang pro-Mugabe songs as they spilled out of buses in central Harare, a show of force to counter a demonstration by the opposition last month calling for the president's resignation.
Speaking at the rally, the 92-year-old Mugabe denounced as "treasonous" factions in his party feuding over who should succeed him.
"There should never be little groups to promote so and so. Those little groups are treasonous groups, they spoil the party," Mugabe told his supporters.

What is wrong with busing your supporters ? Even The DA cattle trucks its supporters.

Victoria falls is very far from Harare and yet South Africans rate Harare 3rd on the list of African countries they want to visit. I wonder why. Must be love for Bob.

Well I for one am very glad I never have to go back to Harare, it is not on my "to return to" list for the rest of my life.
Just my opinion.
