The headline sounds a lot like a reference to Bob's lack of understanding of coitus interruptus. Zuma also doesn't know what it means and just continues with his sexual assault like Bob in what remains of that other country.
 
Wait Bob, didn't you say last week that "49% is more than enough? Anything more is just greedy." :confused:
