Mugabe plans to grab foreign firms

The little bit of money and investments that's still in zim. Will now be gone, I'm sure all those companies will be making plans to get their money and assets out the country.

So he's going to steal some more stuff to make people stop complaining about human rights abuses?

Brilliant!

I am wondering what precisely he is hoping to achieve by this, besides getting rid of the last bit of his economy. I mean, does he think he will magically have access to their wealth?.

And so then he seizes them, doesnt get any muney. And what, does he think everyone will continue to trade with these banks after he seized them.

Can't someone just put up US$5mil for a sniper to take him out or someone to bomb him to hell.

Why do we tolerate a person that does so much damage to a country and subjects so many people to misery.

Ponder, there are probably people that would do it for free. Its the sudden collapse and vacuum which is the problem. Imagine the refugee flood that would happen.

Can't someone tell Barack Obama there is oil, or WMDs, in Zimbabwe?.

He's too busy circle jerking Gaddafi and co, you know "Hey Gaddafi, I'll back down on this one if you promise to supply your oil to us at a great price".

The US only cares for the US, nobody else.

Dont think so, Morgan is there to take over, the country really cannot get any worse than it is under Mugabe.. Think people will actually flood back into Zim on the day of Mugabes death

I am now at a stage where I encourage leaders like Mugabe to go right ahead. Reason will not prevail... so take the plunge Mugabe... GO WILD!!! We will clean up after you when your people have slammed your skull into your presidential office desk and finally open your mind... literally.

EEEK!! The great Obamessiah that was going to be the saviour of Africa?!!

LIEZ LIEZ LIEZ!!!

I agree with you. It's not a bad thing. I would also not get involved. You might just have to give refuge to the whole continent(Africa) the way it's behaving lately.

I'm not sure if thats the case here,
Why would the US get involved when Mugabe and his party of imbeciles were democratically elected in an election that South Africa declared as fair?

Mugabe also still has a lot of support from the people in Zimbabwe, I can't think of any other reason why we haven't seen Egypt style riots in Zimbabwe yet.
