Multi session ADSL account and static IP

Hi

Which ISP besides Telkom allow multi session usage. I currently use Telkom Prolog Plus (4 sessions) to connect 4 branches over VPN. Are there other ISP's that will allow me to do the same. Also what is the cheapest way to get a static IP and are there any local dyndns providers?
