Multichoice DStv Broadcasting & EPG Errors

Lately it seems more and more broadcasting and EPG blunders are occurring:

So far in October:

Haven - Started, stopped, started Mentalist, Mentalist stopped after a few minutes, Haven
The Bachelor - Incorrectly scheduled first episode as one hour so PVR's stopped half way through.
'V' - Final episode on M-Net Action incorrectly scheduled therefore not recorded by PVR's.

There were many other broadcast & EPG errors this month...

Seems to be far more than usual?

I've had a number of errors with the EPG - says a particular film is due to come on next, instead something else turns up. Bit irritating setting the recorder, settling down later to watch and discovering it's some crappy movie they've shown 800 times in two months...
