Multichoice DSTV SABC Compression vs BOB TV (Mis World 2008)

Right now, on SABC2 is miss world pageant, and on BOP TV is miss world pageant ... I'm watching these using my DSTV decoder (That R80 a year package cos reception of TV here is phenomenally k@k) ... and the SABC transmission looks terrible, while the BOB TV one is crystal clear an beeeautiful ... go figure.

I wonder why SABC gets such rubbish compression ratio's ...

P.S. Ms Ireland is freaky beautiful.
