some areas are scheduled to be switched off 4 evenings a week 6:00 to 10:00. no way will i pay even a minimal amount for 3 nights of TV a week.

Yeah, MC ain't gonna give no damn about you and your problems.

Why not switch over to streaming? I know it won't help if the power is out anyway, but it's still a heck of a lot better than anything DSTV offers.
 
So y'all going to pay R700 or whatever it is for or 3 nights a week?

IF you're in a 4 night a week area and IF you have dstv.

Hmmm I've got alternatives but dstv's kind of a habit. Drivel on in the background when nobody's actually watching anything :-)
 
Like it is Multichoice's fault that you cannot watch it due to power outages? Are you for real. What's next? Moan at Samsung 'cos the TV is off during load shedding.

Get a generator or UPS.
