I want to watch the live streaming of the cricket but apparently "there is an error with my account".
I tried calling their stupid call centre twice and after waiting ages to be transferred to an agent my call gets dropped.
All my debit orders have gone through timeously.
Does Multichoice have an presense on MYBB?

Nope all you can do here is vent. You can register on their forum and see if they will be able to assist.

I had the same problem last month..the best is to contact them via supersport support email address,call centre don't know too much about supersport.

Go to Wiziwig.tv if this happens again.
We all have a 2nd option due to SuperSport garbage.

Does one need to have DSTV Premium before one can stream? I used to be able to stream on a lower package but not anymore.

You can get sport through mobile packages if I'm not mistaken but it does not allow you to stream it is for the Drifta.
Streaming functionality is available through the Premium boquet.
