Multimedia on Openbrowse

I know there's no downloading on Openbrowse, but does this include Youtube and other forms of streaming media?

They can amount to a reasonable amount of data but are still technically browsing.

It never used to work when I still used OpenBrowse, I guess it is viewed the same as downloading seeing as it uses big amounts of bandwidth?
